Your pooch will have several walkers. One primary walker, who will visit the majority of the time. She will also become accustomed to other walkers, so she is comfortable when her primary walker is not available.
Your dog will be walked around the same time everyday. Due to the inevitable surprises, it is difficult to promise a specific time. Hound Around usually provides a 1 hour time slot, so you know when to expect us.

We appreciate warning if your dog is not feeling well, so we can prepare for any messes as well as walk your dog on her own, if need be. If your dog becomes ill, Hound Around will not hesitate to contact you.
Yes. Hound Around will visit your pooch in the rain, snow, heat and frigid temps. During extreme conditions, the walk may be shortened and/or supplemented with indoor activity.

Puppies are gradually introduced to walking buddies. At first, he will be given time do his business and then given time to socialize. As he learns the ropes, he will be able to spend more time with other pups.

Yes. Hound Around requires proof of vaccination against rabies, parvo, bordatella and distemper.
Our primary hours are between 10 and 6. Special arrangements can be made for walks outside these hours.
Daytime walks average 20 – 30 minutes. Early morning and late evening walks tend to be shorter.
